The advanced economies are showing signs of bottoming, but the global economy will stay in recession until the end of the year most likely, and in the second half of of 2010 and into 2011 a double dip recession risk exists with US house prices contracting another 13% on top of a 27% drop since the highs in 2006, still the global economy would contract by 2% in 2009 staying in recession until the end of year.

US unemployment is tipped to reach 11% in 2010, from the 9.5% reached in June 2009, and Industrial production is still falling due to depletion of inventory and excess capacity, causing a glut in markets, which may cause a deflation risk next year to the global economy.

With the US still being the single largest economy, consumption trends would be a key for a global recover, yet the US consumer is keen to increase the rate of household savings, and China cannot push global Growth.

Meanwhile Military expenditure globally is set to increase, due to convenient instability throughout the world.

It is said People are easy to govern under the perpetual menace of war, it demands no social reforms, nor is there any problem over expenditure amounts for armaments and military equipment, such was in WW2 from which the US emerged as the biggest winner and Super Power.

Patriotic terrors are an abundant source of gain for the syndicates of financiers and manufactures of Military equipment.

It is nearly clear that there are two maybe even three new bubbles growing, certainly military expenditure is one of them and second place goes to the Green Agenda led by the IPCC, and third but last being maybe a new space race.

Certainly a threat needs to exist to justify an increased military expenditure……….have you noticed how unstable the world has become, and of course its all Bin Ladens fault (not), as much as Kermit the frog is the secret master of the universe………………hence the world is going to become more unstable, as it creates nice jobs, and keeps all those engineers/scientists inventing new ways to kill people.

Now the people who are unlucky enough to not be driving around in Abram Tanks, and killer attack helicopters, blowing baddies heads off, will be ready to enter the “Green Bullshit Zone”.

Anthropogenic Global Warming was the name the Green Agenda chose to assign the phenomenon they claim scientists the world over were confirming for more than 20years…………that is until recently when scientists started independently evaluating the claims of the IPCC computer models of there “proof “of their anthropogenic global warming claims…………………………the result……….more than 31,000 working scientists signing a petition urging the US government to reject the Kyoto Protocols and global warming for lack of scientific evidence, yet today nearly every issue and legal question today in the US and OECD rests on the same overriding issues of climate change spin.

So the economic fixes are “lets build a war, or at least fear of war”…………..add a dose of swine flu fear to keep the taxpayer scared, and keep repeating that sea levels are rising and CO 2 is coming to get you………………..meanwhile start pushing the idea of how great it would be to send a man to the moon again, and create a new space race, to get all those geeks off their play stations, and into jobs.
